The Petition Titled “A call for not keeping humanitarian issues hostage in the hands of Russia”

Around 500 figures from Syrian elites and organizations have signed a petition titled “To Prevent Humanitarian Issues from Being Held Hostage by Russia.” This petition is addressed to the United Nations, missions, and governments of friendly countries, with the aim of saving and assisting millions of Syrians. The signatories propose various legal avenues to overcome Russian veto and blackmail and call for the establishment of new mechanisms to deliver humanitarian aid into Syria through its borders.
