Job Code: #MHR-SY-203 Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide legal consultations on missing persons cases.
- File lawsuits related to missing persons.
- Contribute to preparing legal studies and reports.
- Monitor relevant local and international laws and regulations.
- Fully coordinate with the project’s legal advisor.
- Represent victims before judicial or quasi-judicial bodies or governmental civil registry departments when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Licensed to practice law.
- At least 5 years of practical experience.
- Knowledge of international human rights law and international humanitarian law.
- Excellent skills in preparing and drafting legal reports.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and the ability to speak and work in English.
