- Provide individual and group psychological support sessions for victims’ families and those affected by violations.
- Develop specialized psychological support plans tailored to each case’s needs.
- Offer psychological consultations to the legal team when dealing with victims or traumatic testimonies.
- Contribute to designing long-term psychological support programs within the organization’s activities.
- Document all psychological interventions and submit periodic reports to management.
- Refer cases requiring specialized interventions to appropriate entities.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Psychology, Psychological Counseling, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in psychological support, preferably with victims of violations or in conflict contexts.
- Good knowledge of humanitarian work principles.
- Effective communication skills and ability to engage with diverse community groups.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience in human rights or humanitarian organizations.
- Proficiency in Arabic and the ability to speak and work in English.
